Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our employees, managers and the wider HR team in all transactional and administrative aspects of employee lifecycle events. Supports Centers of Expertise (COEs) with employee facing processes and programs. Coordinates random drug screens throughout US region.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Support the Centers of Expertise (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Development) with employee-facing portions of their processes and programs.
  • Interact with employees during the hiring phase.
  • Process transactions related to all stages of the employment life-cycle.
  • Direct employees to self-service tools including PeopleSoft, and myHR in Oceanet.
  • Coordinate random drug screens throughout US region.
  • Maintain and advise on employee policies
  • Remain up-to-date on HR processes.
  • Comply with document retention policies.
  • Adhere to defined SLAs.
  • Identify and respond to current and future customer needs; provide excellent service.
  • Listens to others and communicates in an effective manner.


  • Identify the information needed to clarify a situation and draw out the information when others are reluctant to disclose it.
  • Assist employees through multiple intake methods (chat, e-mail, phone, walk-in).
  • Act as concierge for New Hires in their first month of employment.
  • Induct new hires into the company through New Hire orientation.
  • Actively participate in the development, monitoring and publishing of HRC SLAs and KP
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the HR field.


  • Human Resource Certification
  • General understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • PeopleSoft knowledge
Additional Information

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows. 

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
  • Work surface is stable (flat)
